Our client are a large NSW Government organisation based in the Parramatta CBD, close to public transprot. They are looking for skilled administration professionals to join their team on a long term contract.
They offer a friendly and stable work environment with a great hourly rate.

The role will include but is not limited to:

  • Provide a wide range of program and clerical support services to meet operational requirements and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit.
  • Administer procurement activities, including raising purchase order requests for goods and services and reconciling and processing invoices for payment to meet operating needs and to comply with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Utilise business systems to facilitate responses to queries
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries and manage the inbox and phone system
  • Create and maintain files and documents in compliance with records management procedures to ensure best practices in enabling information to be efficiently tracked, stored and retrieved.

This role is suitable for administrative professionals who are available on short notice ( 1-2 Weeks) and who have worked previously in Education, Government or larger commercial businesses.
