Primary purpose of the role
We are seeking a Solution Architect for their HR Information Management Solution (HRIMS) Program. This is an initial 12-month contract with a possible extension and will be based in the ACT. The ideal candidate will have experience with the delivery of HR/Payroll solutions or ICT ERP solutions.

Must Haves:

  • Solid experience in BPM is essential
  • Extensive demonstrated experience with Human Resources and Payroll ERP implementations.
  • Detailed knowledge of the complete Employee Life Cycle including a detailed knowledge of HR/Payroll Management processes.
  • Integration experience with other systems, in particular Finance, Data Warehouse and Rostering solutions
  • Experience with the design and implementation of cloud based HR/Payroll solutions.
  • Experience working with Government systems
