Looking for a Solution Architect to join an ecommerce implementation agency, working with some of Australia’s leading brands and retailers
The successful candidate will ideally Hands-on experience with one or more ecommerce platforms, especially BigCommerce
And be able to help fix things when things go wrong. This involves clients, 3rd parties, team-mates ability to turn vague problems statements into solutions
 
Responsibilities:

• Document technical solutions for the rest of the team to execute
• Assist clients and team-mates on solutions and recommendations, ultimately so they can do their job also
• Help fix things when things go wrong. This involves clients, 3rd parties, team-mates
• Ability to turn vague problems statements into solutions

Key skills:

• Excellent Solution Design or Systems Architecture Skills
• At least 5 years industry experience in web application development
• Hands-on experience with one or more ecommerce platforms, especially BigCommerce
• excellent verbal communication skills. We need decisive, direct communications. Skilful evasiveness gets called out
• understand integration patterns and know how to interrogate APIs
