About Our Client
Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation located in North Sydney and provide sales administrative support to the team. Our client is looking for a motivated sales administrator to respond to customer needs, whilst supporting team objectives.

Your New Role

As Sales Administrator, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Fulfil a range of administrative support activities, including the accurate and efficient processing of customer enquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Proactively and professionally respond to customer enquiries, relay feedback, and build good relationships.
  • Support team objectives by contributing to process improvement and contributing to the upkeep of a company database.

What will help you succeed
To be successful in this position you should:

  • Attention to detail, with great verbal and written communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with team members and have a view to sharing knowledge
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multitask
  • Previous experience providing administrative support is desirable
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook
