We are currently looking for experienced Administration and Reception professionals who are available at various points throughout December and January to assist with leave cover contracts.
If you are looking for some additional days work over this period- we would love to hear from you!
Our clients include- corporate services and Financial firms as well as some large Government organisations.
The roles will include but are not limited to:
- Meet and Greet all guests that come to the office
- Courteously answer telephones, handle calls, forward them to the appropriate individuals / take messages
- Manage the Reception area to ensure effective telephone and personal communication both internally and externally and maintains a professional image – eg; flowers, meeting room calendars, etc
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Team
- Maintaining the general day to day cleanliness of the office
- Kitchen: maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen including: packing /emptying dishwasher throughout the day
- Printer: keeping the printer stocked with paper throughout the day
To be successful in these roles you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- High level of professionalism in your presentation and communication
- Available on short notice
- Recent experience in Office Administration and Reception roles
