Our Client
Our client are a US Listed Tech start up who have a medium sized office in Sydney.
They are looking for an engaging Front Office Coordinator to manage their Reception for the next 2 months. 

The Role
• Greet guests at the front desk and assist them with the sign in process
• Create a friendly, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and attached conference rooms at all times 
• Manage general email correspondence
• Manage access card needs with the building and IT
• Manage outgoing/incoming mail and parcels, including daily mail retrieval from the mailroom 
• Provide assistance for last minute meeting requests 
• General office/team support as needed

We need someone with excellent communication and presentation skills who can start as early as next week.
