Customer service Team leader – Facilities

Our State Government Client is looking for an experienced customer service team leader to lead the facilities team. You will supervises a team and actively contributes to deliver frontline support services to staff, visitors, and other team members to enable the efficient and safe operation of Workplace Service.
Key accountabilities

  • Supervise and manage the team, mentoring and guiding team members to deliver customer support services.
  • Respond to a range of enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information and is managed to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing escalations where necessary
  • Manage the use of end of trip facilities
  • Coordinate business systems and operational projects to support the delivery on time and to project outcomes, including the review and reporting on workplace data using dashboards and online reporting to inform decision making
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure efficient service agreements are met, and adequate stock levels are maintained, and services are provided according to SLAs
  • Monitor the floor environment to ensure Health and Safety requirements are met and report any hazards immediately and raising any issues or work to be undertaken by building management within the appropriate system accurately
  • Monitor an agile working environment and ensure etiquette is upheld

About you:

  • Pervious experience as a team Leader in Customer service
  • Experience working in Government would be an advantage
  • Having a passion for the challenges that come with leading a team in Customer service.
