The Opportunity

  • Working closely with and supporting team managers
  • Maintenance of system data 
  • Provide a range of administrative support such as: preparation of documents, briefings, reports and preparing draft correspondence
  • Organise and take minutes for team meetings

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A positive, open, helpful mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of customer service
  • Present and communicate in a professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Advantageous to have previously worked in Government Sector
