NSW Government Client
 
Our State Government client is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to work a long contract. As part of your role you will provide direct support to the manager and team in all administration duties.
 
Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and implement a range of Administration duties to achieve agreed outcomes
  • Source and collate information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Provide administrative support for the team relating, data entry, minute taking, record keeping and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings and consultations for the manager as required.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with staff and contractors developing and implementing specialist projects as directed.

Key Challenges:

  • Managing varied tasks and projects in a dynamic and fast paced team environment.
  • Adapting to a range of online programs and tools for different tasks including finance and procurement systems.

 
Desirable:

  • Qualification in Administration or similar
  • Previous experience in data bases including SAP or TRIM
  • Previous experince with Government
