The Opportunity Working closely with a Program Manager, you will help coordinate projects, track actions, prepare documentation and ensure information flows smoothly across internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll play an important role in supporting decision-making by organising information and providing insights.
This position suits someone organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program activities, schedules and communications
- Prepare briefing papers, reports, submissions and correspondence
- Maintain records, documentation and tracking systems
- Collect, collate and analyse data to support decision-making
- Liaise with internal teams, senior stakeholders and external agencies
- Respond to information requests and coordinate group responses
- Support program reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with research and training coordination
We’re looking for:
- Strong organisational and administrative coordination skills
- Confidence preparing professional documents and reports
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working with data, tracking actions or reporting
