This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a senior advisory role, shaping transformation strategy across a large, complex organisation delivering critical services to the people of NSW.

The Opportunity
As Manager, Enterprise Transformation Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale transformation initiatives that enhance organisational performance, resilience and customer outcomes.
Operating at an enterprise level, you will partner with senior leaders to design and embed transformation frameworks, provide expert advisory, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes. This role blends strategic thinking, hands-on delivery and stakeholder influence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the alignment of transformation initiatives to strategic priorities, defining clear outcomes, KPIs and success measures
  • Develop and embed enterprise-wide frameworks, methodologies and toolkits across transformation, change and experience improvement
  • Provide expert advice on transformation and change approaches, ensuring initiatives are scalable, sustainable and effectively embedded
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to identify leading practices, emerging trends and innovation opportunities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate insights into actionable, value-driven strategies
  • Drive governance, business case development and performance tracking for transformation programs
  • Monitor and evaluate impact, using data and insights to continuously optimise outcomes
  • Influence and uplift capability across teams, supporting effective change adoption and behavioural shift
About You You are a commercially minded, strategic thinker with a strong foundation in transformation advisory, consulting or enterprise change. PLEASE NOTE,this role is  people, change and customer process focussed, not ICT.
You bring:
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or large-scale change initiatives
  • Strong consulting toolkit (e.g. hypothesis-led thinking, problem structuring, data-driven insights)
  • Expertise in transformation methodologies, continuous improvement and organisational optimisation
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior executive level
  • Experience developing frameworks, operating models or enterprise toolkits
  • A track record of balancing strategic priorities with delivery outcomes in complex environments
Experience within government, infrastructure or large matrix organisations will be highly regarded.
