We're looking for a polished, personable, and highly organised Front of House Coordinator to join a well-known global entertainment business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating great first impressions, supporting a busy office environment, and being at the heart of a collaborative and creative office.
Conveniently located in Surry Hills, the office is within walking distance of Central Station and easily accessible via multiple bus routes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcoming visitors, guests, and executives to the office
  • Managing front-of-house operations and ensuring reception areas are always professional and presentable
  • Coordinating catering for meetings, events, and VIP visitors
  • Assisting with internal events, events, and team functions
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management and travel bookings
  • Supporting the wider office with day-to-day coordination and administration
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in reception, front of house, office coordination, administration, customer service, or hospitality
  • A warm, professional, and confident communication style
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or catering arrangements
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presentation and the confidence to interact with executives, VIP guests, and a broad range of stakeholders
