Are you a highly experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments? This is a rare opportunity to partner closely with a senior executive in a pivotal, highly visible role where your ability to anticipate, prioritise and influence will be critical to success. Our client are a highly corporate and professional organisation with stakeholders ranging from Global Banks, Insurers and Governments.
Supporting a Chief Risk Officer and broader Risk & Compliance function, you will play a central role in ensuring seamless operations, enabling strategic focus, and driving efficiency across the team.
This role suits an experienced Executive Assistant who brings strong judgement, exceptional organisation, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.

The Opportunity
In this trusted partnership role, you will provide end-to-end executive support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a high-performing function. You’ll operate as an extension of the executive, balancing competing priorities, managing sensitive information, and proactively improving processes. The CRO has one of the largest teams in the organisation with 8 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level executive support, including complex diary, inbox and travel management (Domestic & International)
  • Prepare briefings, reports and materials to support meetings and decision-making
  • Coordinate and collate the CRO's contribution to the Board Papers
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, aligning schedules with strategic priorities
  • Provide administrative support to the broader Risk team, including reporting, onboarding coordination and team logistics
  • Manage expenses, travel arrangements and documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Support governance processes, ensuring documentation, communications and records are maintained to a high standard
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a track record of supporting senior leaders in complex organisations. You bring a calm, proactive approach and are known for your discretion, professionalism and ability to stay one step ahead.
You will demonstrate:
  • Significant experience supporting C-suite or equivalent executives
  • Strong understanding of governance, executive operations and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to improve systems and processes

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
