- E-commerce Project Manager/Delivery Manager - Shopify

We are looking for a capable and organised Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of client engagements across our ecommerce practice. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track, stakeholders aligned, and teams focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.This is a client-facing role at the centre of delivery. You’ll work closely with designers, UX specialists, developers, and QA engineers—both onshore and offshore—to bring complex ecommerce projects to life, acting as the bridge between client expectations and internal execution.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery
- Own the coordination and momentum of projects from kick-off through to go-live
- Maintain delivery plans, track milestones, and ensure clarity on priorities and next steps
- Anticipate dependencies and proactively prepare the team
- Identify and resolve blockers early, escalating where needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement
- Set and manage expectations across scope, timelines, and budgets
- Keep clients informed ahead of key decisions (e.g. deployments, additional effort, invoicing milestones)
- Drive client satisfaction through reliable delivery and responsive support aligned to SLAs
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of project management or delivery experience, ideally in a digital agency or ecommerce environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Waterfall methodologies, including dependency and scope management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deadlines and follow-ups
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is advantageous
