About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Service Officer to join a NSW Government Agency in a Call Centre environment. This role offers a chance to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, providing assistance via phone, email, and online platforms.
The successful candidate will work on a rotating roster (7am - 7pm), Monday to Friday, with shifts changing every 4 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve enquiries professionally
- Assist customers with road licensing and identification services
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently to provide accurate information
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards
- 2-3 years of customer service experience (customer service, reception or retail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous government experience preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Typing and navigating with a mouse and monitor
- Strong email etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Competitive hourly rate

- Must be able to commit to the full training schedule
