Join a large, award-winning, profit-to-member superannuation fund with a long-standing reputation for low fees, strong long-term performance and a genuinely member-first culture. This organisation is known for developing advisers, investing in advice quality, and providing a supportive environment where early-career advisers can build confidence and capability.
This role is ideal for a recently authorised adviser — particularly someone with a solid paraplanning or technical background — who is looking to step into an advice role focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for members.
The Opportunity
As part of the Advice Team, you will deliver intra-fund advice to members and their families across superannuation and insurance. You’ll engage members via phone, video and occasionally face-to-face, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions — with strong internal support and clear advice frameworks in place.
You’ll work closely with senior advisers, escalating more complex matters where appropriate, while continuing to build your own advice capability in a well-governed, values-driven setting.
