Elections Application Process

1. Upload Resume

Apply online by selecting the “Apply Now” button 

 

  • Upload your resume in “MS Word Format”. No PDF’s.


  • We will acknowledge your application via email/text


  • Complete pre-screening questions via link we send you


  • All applicants are required to complete an online data entry test


  • The testing software is Peoplogica Skills. Please complete promptly to progress your application


  • Successful applications will receive an invitation via email, to book an Election Group Briefing and Induction, at a time convenient to you. This will be conducted virtually via Zoom

 

  • Following the Briefing you will be required to participate in an interview to verify your work experience, skills, work rights and confirm your job and shift preferences

2. Interview

The Group Briefing and Induction will include an overview of the project including location, transport, job descriptions, expectations whilst on contract, safe work induction, rosters, time and attendance, pay rates and penalties and more. Please allow up to 1 hour for the briefing. 

 

Your one-to-one Interview will be scheduled immediately after the Group Briefing and will be conducted virtually via Zoom. 

 

You will receive a link to complete the Work Health and Safety Assessment. Please action promptly. 

3. Compliance Checks

Reference Check

You will receive a link by text or email to upload your work referee via Referoo. This should be a manager or supervisor, who is able to directly comment on your work performance.
