Corporate Social Responsibility
We at Quay Appointments support a number of charities and we have to admit we have fun doing it.
Our preferred charity is Dress For Success who help disadvantaged women get ready for interviews. They not only dress them for the interview but also provide coaching throughout the process then once they have got the job they bring them back and give them another outfit to ensure they are in the best possible position to keep the job.
Quay Appointments supports this and other charities throughout the year by holding monthly casual days, bake sales, job ready and interview preparation seminars and a number of other events.
Along with our social responsibility we also ensure that we strive to reduce our environmental impact. All employees are requested to recycle and reuse where possible. We are moving towards a paperless office with submission of resumes and timesheets now being done online subsequently dramatically reducing the paper used in the office. We also email all clients and candidates payslips, invoices and group certificates. All light bulbs and technological items used within the office are energy saving where possible.
