Superannuation

Quay Appointments use The Recruitment & Consulting Services Superannuation Fund (RSSF). This fund is for members of Recruitment and Consulting Services Australia (RCSA) which means that if you work for other members of RCSA your superannuation may be added to your membership.

We pay an additional 9% of your earnings into your fund quarterly, once your monthly earnings have exceeded $450.00. Non-residents are also entitled to receive superannuation, which may be claimed when you reach retirement. Each week the amount of superannuation that you are entitled to will be recorded on your payslip. RSSF will contact you as soon as they receive your information and ask you to complete a membership form, until you have completed the forms; funds will not be allocated to your account.
