| Presented by: |
Steve Fearns
14th February, 2012 |
Start leading a no whinge, solution-focused workplace today!
Creating a Positive Culture in the Workplace involves people understanding the impact that the conditioning process has on workplace culture and how they can effectively make changes – particularly to be more ‘solutions focused’. Effective strategies will be covered to assist with managing difficult behaviour, building productive teams and giving people positive recognition and encouragement.
This session will include:
• The power of the conditioning process on workplace cultures
• Being proactive and taking full responsibility
• Creating a ‘no-whinge’ and a ‘solution-focussed’ culture
• Dealing with miserable people and how to ‘fight clean’
• Staying professional and positive plus the importance of recognition.
