Making Dreams Come True Dress for Success Gala Dinner

DFS is a non-profit organisation that supports economically disadvantaged women. They provide free professional attire and styling to help build self-esteem and economic independence for women.

To show our support to DFS, Quay Appointments are proud sponsors of the charity’s upcoming Gala Event – “Making Dreams Come True”.

The dinner will be held on Friday, 14th October 2011 at 7:30pm at the The Sofitel Wentworth Hotel.

All profits will go to helping DFS dress over 1500 women in 2012 and build their Career Readiness and Career Retention Programs.

  • Understanding and managing employee resistance to change
  • Strategies for keeping your staff motivated through a change process

Gabrielle Droulers is the Director of the Centre for Career Development Pty Ltd (www.cfcd.com.au). She has over 15 years experience in Consulting, Training, Design and Delivery, 360 Degree Feedback, Facilitation, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Career Development, Performance Consulting, Team Building and Change Management. CFCD's customised programs target key people within our organisation including Executive Management, Supervisory Staff, First-Line Personnel and all levels of staff to increase productivity and build skills. Gabrielle has a Masters degree in Human Resources and Organisational Development and a Bachelors degree in Communications.
