20th September, 2011 |
Are your staff ready for change - or more importantly - do your managers have the skills to successfully manage people in an environment of change?
The complexity and pace of change can be overwhelming.
As employees experience economic uncertainty, a psychological decline can set-in lower morale and productivity, increased stress and absenteeism.
In this month's breakfast seminar we will explore:
- Steps to prepare yourself and staff for change
- Understanding and managing employee resistance to change
- Strategies for keeping your staff motivated through a change process
