A Word from the MD's Desk

'Employee Engagement'

Employee engagement is a matter that is increasingly concerning more and more businesses today.

Recent studies have found that fewer than 1 in 3 employees worldwide (31%) are engaged and nearly 1 in 5 (17%) are actually disengaged (Blessing White, Employee Engagement Report 2011).

From these results it is clear that this is one topic which needs more attention, so we have dedicated the next couple of breakfast seminars to 'Employee Engagement'.

The Blessing White research presents interviews with human resource and line leaders as well as online survey responses of nearly 11,000 individuals from North America, India, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia/New Zealand and China.
