"How to Implement Employee Reward Schemes"

Presented by: Polly Yule
22nd June, 2010

Many of us have faced the challenge of devising and implementing employee incentive and rewards schemes that motivate and encourage employees whilst meeting the company's business objectives.

The administration, tracking and introduction of schemes can be daunting and can fail because they are too complex and too difficult to implement or employees fail to "buy in".

This breakfast seminar provides some insight into how to implement a rewards and recognition scheme into your company and is presented by Polly Yule, Director of Client Services, Crossmark (www.crossmark.com.au). Crossmark has been creating and managing Enterprise Incentive and Recognition programs that help companies set and then achieve business objectives by documenting, tracking, rewarding and recognising desired employee results, behaviors and activities.

Polly Yule has been specialising in Retail Marketing for over 12 years. In recent years this has been specifically targeting activity within the “last 6 feet of the sale”, developing the measurement tools behind the Retail Brand Health concept for consumer durable and packaged goods clients.

From these RBH audits, she and her team shapes strategies to improve or strengthen their client’s brands positions. She applies the same passion for her clients business to
life in general, and when not working or indulging in her passion for fine dining and very good wine can found behind the breakers in summer competing in ocean swims along Sydney’s Northern Beaches or simply catching the occasional wave.

So come and join us for the next breakfast session on Tuesday 22nd June, 2010.
