What it takes to inspire others and achieve great results

Presented by: Heather Forton
11th May, 2010

Based on the latest Zenger Folkman research carried out with thousands of leaders, Heather Forton will share with you why inspiring leadership is a key ingredient to achieving business outcomes. • Begin to discuss exactly what the best leaders do differently.
  • Describe some of the key attributes and behaviours of an inspiring leader
  • Share some practical steps to help leaders on their journey.

Heather Forton is a Senior Consultant at rogenSi (www.rogensi.com) and has extensive experience in the area of law business and public relations. She has worked in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa and an MBA form Australian Graduate School of Management, Sydney.
