"Managing your Motivation"

Presented by: pHuel
3rd April, 2007.

In Managing your Motivation we will explore how individuals can manage their "emotional state" more effectively and by doing so, have greater control over their behaviour and results. We will explore the strategies behind performance improvement: focusing on an individual's ability to access their ability.

When people understand what the key attributes of people who perform at a constantly high level are, individuals can explore what drives their behaviour and how this can impact not only short-term results but also long term success. Finally, we look at what methods can be used in order to access higher levels of existing potential!

Key messages:

  • The presentation is designed to create impact, and a desire in people to explore what it is they do when they are performing at their best.

  • To understand what the key attributes are of someone in their business who performs at a consistently high level.

  • Understand how we can control the way we feel by playing the "inner game" rather than allowing external experiences to drive our responses.
