The Rhythm of Success

Presented by: Adam Fraser (www.energyfactory.com.au)
30th May, 2006

Our body is controlled by a series of natural bio-rhythms. When we follow these natural rhythms we are energetic, relaxed and emotionally stable. Unfortunately many of us don't listen to our natural rhythms or structure our day to work with and take advantage of them. This practical presentation will show you how to structure your day around your bio-rhythms to increase your productivity and well being.

Adam Fraser is a leading consultant with the Resilience Institute. He specialises in helping corporate Australia improve productivity. Adam's personal philosophy is that moderation is the key; thankfully, he does not encourage his audience to become "health freaks". Too often speakers recommend unrealistic lifestyle changes to their audiences, thinking they are 'just like them'. He understands that many of us do not have the time to engage in complicated and time consuming 'lifestyle' programs.

Adam's solutions are practical, innovative, scientifically supported and, most of all, effective. In addition he is a Director on the Board of the Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science (AAESS) and Sports Medicine Australia (SMA) and in his spare time writes the health and fitness section for Men's Style and Ralph magazines.

Join us at the next breakfast meeting at Quay Appointments - 30th May 2006.

Adam's sessions are high energy, entertaining and engaging. He will certainly raise the energy levels of any seminar!
