Managing your Time Effectively

Presented by: Gabrielle Droulers (www.cfcd.com.au)
5th April, 2006
  • Do you feel stressed out and pressed for time more often than not?

  • Are you drowning in unread or unanswered emails?

  • Does your “to-do” list grow longer instead of shorter?

  • Do projects frequently take longer than you anticipated?

  • Do your high standards make it tough for you to “let go” of a project?

  • Do constant interruptions make it hard for you to get anything done?

  • Do you have trouble saying “no” to requests, even when you don’t have time to do what’s being asked of you.

This workshop will give you some tips on how to manage yourself more effectively, increase your personal performance and reduce your stress levels.

Join us at the next breakfast meeting at Quay Appointments - 5th April 2006.
