Living well - better food choices for a healthy diet. Louise presents a straightforward
approach to the foods you should be eating. At this presentation you will learn about the impact
food choices have on personal performance and health.
You Will Learn How Healthy Food Choices Can Improve:
- Energy Levels
- Fat Loss
- Stress Management
These days there seems to be a new diet out every week. You name it, there's a book selling
it but do they work? Are they based on research and sound nutritional principles? Once you understand
the basic guidelines of good nutrition it is easier to sort the facts from the marketing hype.
We are all unique and one diet does not fit all.
We Will Look at Some of the Popular Diets That Are Currently Being Promoted. You will
learn what constitutes a healthy diet so you can make better food choices and gain the
ability to enjoy optimal health for your entire lifetime.
