Wayne will give you some tips on how you can truly connect with your staff by identifying individual's key motivational triggers and give you an insight into some basic principles of performance psychology and how to use these principles.

Wayne Pearce understands the value and importance of teamwork. As a professional Football Coach (NSW State of Origin 1999 - 2000 and Balmain Tigers 1994) and Captain (Balmain Tigers 1983 - 1990), Wayne comes from a successful career within the sporting community. Having studied psychology and pursuing his interest in unravelling the mystery of the human mind, Wayne continues to develop and document the most effective methods of generating team spirit and teamwork. Wayne left club coaching in September 2000 to focus his energy on corporate teambuilding and personal development programs. Some of his high profile clients include NRMA Insurance (now IAG), News Limited, Citibank and St George Bank.
