Our presenter Patricia Healy BSc (Hons), M Sc, M Comm is a Director of Marana Consulting
Group with many years experience assisting organisations improve performance through developing
and implementing effective human resources solutions. She is an experienced project manager
and has managed significant projects in the public and private sectors.
Patricia originally qualified in engineering and has worked on projects in Europe, the Middle
East and Australia.
Patricia Healy has designed and presented many project management, leadership and management
development programs to achieve organisational change and improved management practices. Patricia
effectively uses accelerated learning and Neuro linguistic programming techniques to enhance
learning outcomes.
