Generational Diversity at Work
How to Retain, Train, and Manage the New Generations

Mark McCrindle
MA, BSc. (Psychology), APS, MRSA, QPMR

Invitation: Come and join us for the 1st breakfast seminar of 2004 on Tuesday 2nd March. Learn from an interesting, amusing and thought provoking seminar on managing the different generations in your organisation.

In a fast moving corporate culture, every organisation, brand and idea is just one generation away from extinction.

Companies must do more than just observe the times, they must understand them.

Diversity is a key feature of the modern workplace. In addition to gender diversity and cultural diversity, is generational diversity. When assessing any different cohort or group, it is important that the differences are not overstated, but nor must we brush over real differences.

Our speaker Mark McCrindle is the Director of the Social Research Company McCrindle Research Pty Ltd. He has a degree in Psychology from UNSW and a Masters degree majoring in Social Trends.

Mark McCrindle focuses his qualitative research to help leaders in sales, marketing, HR, and management to equip them with the latest research while empowering them with strategies to deal with the changes.
