Seminar : "Working With Monsters" - 23rd October
The majority of psychopaths are not serial killers or rapists, they're colleagues, bosses and employees found in a variety of workplaces.

He/she can be found working inside many of Australia's businesses and corporations.

  • He/she intimidates fellow workers
  • He/she exhibits impulsive behavior
  • He/she demonstrates a lack of remorse
  • He/she is glib and superficially charming

The talk will examine what a psychopath is, their personality style, behaviors, interpersonal approach and thought processes.

21.08.12

Seminar : "Employee Attachment " - 21st August
By now, most businesses know that thousands of dollars are wasted each year as a result of poor employee engagement. So we spend thousands more on trying to fix it. What if we could break the cycle of disengagement altogether?

This thought-provoking Breakfast Seminar will open your eyes to a whole new way of looking at what it means to create a positive onboarding experience for your new recruits.

24.07.12

Seminar : "Developing a winning team culture" - 24th July

Those closest to the leader will determine that leader’s success.

Peter Cox will challenge key leadership principles and focus on the leadership characteristics which lead to greater effectiveness, improved communication, increased formality and elevate unity and harmony.

To lead you need to allow yourself to be led.

05.06.12

Seminar : "Clear Speech is Athletic - Keep Training"

Business presentation and communication is best when it is imaginative, concise, and of comprehensive relevance to the audience.  Imagine expending so much time, effort, energy and money on developing the content of a business pitch and then ignoring the best mechanisms for the effective delivery of this material.

The session will focus on achieving maximum presentation impact by:

  • Enhancing your ability to heighten the attention and interest levels of your audiences during presentations, meetings and other workplace communications.
  • Instilling inroads to greater imagination, clarity and substance

08.05.12

Seminar : "Crucial Conversations "

Organisations often share the same problems. Perplexed employees who aren't quite sure how to bring up touchy, controversial and complex issues and resolve them. As a result, key business results usually suffer.

In this session you will learn how to share their ideas and concerns - early and often - and avoid, identify and fix problems before they get out of hand.

03.04.12

Seminar : "Coaching for Success "

Managers become more effective leaders when they coach their employees. They also become known as great people to work for, nurturers of talent and
achievers of business results.

Did you know that employees are four times more likely to leave a job with a manager that has poor coaching and interpersonal skills?

13.03.12

Seminar : "Managing Bullying in the Worlplace "

Claims of workplace bullying are becoming more common and yet are no easier to manage for even the most experienced HR professional. To add complexity, complaints of bullying are often interwoven with workers' compensation claims, industrial complaints and interpersonal conflict. In this session we will de-mystify workplace bullying complaints and explore practical strategies for managing such complaints.

14.02.12

Seminar : "Creating A Positive Culture "

Creating a Positive Culture in the Workplace involves people understanding the impact that the conditioning process has on workplace culture and how they can effectively make changes – particularly to be more ‘solutions focused’. Effective strategies will be covered to assist with managing difficult behaviour, building productive teams and giving people positive recognition and encouragement.
