NSW State Government

As suppliers to the NSW State Government and Offices, Quay Appointments successfully tendered in 1992, 1995 and 1998 for preferred suppliers, and are one of a handful of agencies on the panel.

The contract, 1078, is for the provision of Temporary Admin Support Personnel across the Sydney Metropolitan area and the Greater West of Sydney. Through our affiliated offices we service the Wollongong area.

Under contract 1078 Quay Appointments provide staff in the following areas:

• Secretarial Administration
• General Clerical
• Call Centre
• Customer Service
• General Accounts

Quay dedicates considerable resources to this contract with an experienced Dedicated Management Team. This a complex contract used by line managers, divisions, departments and offices. There are few constants and we have been presented with many challenges, such as providing 80 people per shift in a 23 hour operations to data enter the results of the State election.

Account Management

When placing staff with you, each Consultant is aware of the talent available on our extensive database. A search is conducted and each applicant is thoroughly interviewed and proficiency's assessed on accredited training facilities. Information is checked for accuracy, and wherever possible, verbal checks are used to verify employment history. If requested, we can confirm candidate suitability by testing their aptitude and attitude and compiling a psychological profile.
