Winsome Bernard, Founding Director

Winsome Bernard is the founder of Quay Appointments. With substantial experience in recruitment spanning over two decades, Winsome's business expertise has been leveraged from both within the Austrailan and International recruitment industry. 

In 1989 Winsome joined Staff Search Australia, and successfully tendered for the first NSW Government contract.  Subsequently Winsome acquired the company in a management established Quay Appointments in 1994. Under Winsome's vision, guidance and ethical leadership, Quay Appointments has gone from strength to strength.

Winsome is an advocate for ethical conduct, evidenced by her lobbying and roles with the RCSA’s Ethics Committee.  Winsome passionately believes Company performance is linked to the quality of relationships and service provided to clients, and has demonstrated this in building a sustainable SME business.

Winsome has enjoyed business success with Quay Appointments together with her record of professional and personal achievements which include:
